Gulf Coast Archaeology Group, LLP (GCA Group) is presently looking for
field archaeologists (field technicians) for a phase I pipeline survey
located in Mississippi. It will be a 5 day, 40 hour work week. Per
Diem (food and lodging) is provided 7 days a week. The project in
Mississippi begins during the first week of March and should last one
month, possibly followed by other opportunities to continue in
locations around Arkansas and Tennessee. Field Technicians will be
paid $12.50/hour + $25.00/day per diem (lodging provided).
Requirements for field technicians:
1) B.A. in anthropology (specialty in archaeology) and
2) A minimum of one year of excavation or archaeological field surveys.
