*waves* I'm Naia, cool fic writing person, also known
for being _really_ pedantic and argumentative on this
list :-) . I'm an obsessive Haruka-sama fan, too, and
since I like to pay really close attention to and
study any characters I like, I know a lot about
Haruka-sama :-) .
I hate it when people argue over her (or Michiru's)
orientation! It's very wrong to say you love a
character, and then ignore a major part of that
character just because it doesn't suit you. But I
guess it's just human nature, in a way; people get
crushes based on looks alone, and then try to change
their crush into the person they want. . . happens all
the time IRL, but honestly it never works out. You
can't force someone to go against his or her real
character for too long, or they'll only rebel later.
But anyway, I've been to the page you mentioned, once
or twice, long ago. That place is so full of crap!
To even suggest the creator herself has no say in what
her own work means. . . that's the most disturbing
part of all! I think it's the creator of a work, not
some homophobic college geek who twists the meaning of
scenes to his own purposes, that really decides who
and what the characters are, don't you?
Hello, everybody! I'm new, I've just joined this
list, invited by a
good friend of mine, who loves this list (but never
Anyway my name is Ral and I'm a college student
from Mexico. And
Haruka's #1 fan. Yes another #1 fan but this time a
man who loves the
girl the way she is and not trying to ignore her
sexual preference or
affirm it's a mistake. I know many men do that. Just
someone even a character, is accepting, Dont you
Have you seen that website with "facts" to prove
heterosexual? What a lack of respect!
Please excuse any gramar error, I try to do my best.
Raul and if you can see accents it's actually Ral.
