Actually I talked to the New Hampshire service folks. Very helpful guy named Spaulding Bigsbee who spent the time to go down to the factory area to inquire. I’ll follow up on Defender, Hamilton , etc. Don’t know any boat breakers. I’ll have to do some more searching.
Thanks for the advice.

if you talked to Pommerette in Florida , I suggest calling information for Bomar in Charletown NH where the plant and the old timer are located. They may be of help.
Defender used to carry some old Bomar parts. You may do a search for some of the more common parts of Bomar and ask them if they have parts.
Call some of the boat breakers to see if they have some busted bomar hatches that they would be willing to sell parts off.

Subject: [SabreSailboat] Replacemnt Parts for Bomar Hatches

I recently broke one of the black plastic corner pieces that the hatch dog hooks into to hold the main saloon hatch closed. The boat is a 1986 Sabre 34 MkII. Glen says it was a Bomar Model NIBO 2039 hatch. I contacted Bomar/Pompanette, but no luck they no longer stock the part. I’m wondering if anybody knows a source for these parts or old hatches that could be cannibalized. If I have done this right a picture should show up below.
Any help appreciated, Ken Jenkins
