The LORD is your keeper.
Psalm 121:3-8: He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.
Preserve our soul from evil today, Lord, Matt. 6:13,
May we be kept by grace from sinning, Rom.6:14.
we commit ourselves to your keeping, 1 Pet. 4:19.
Prone to wander, wet rust you as my Keeper;
And entrust ourselves to your mercy:
Your infinite forgiveness, infinite mercy, infinite love.
May our heart never know any fear but the fear of you.
May there be a blessing upon us when we go out,
May there be a blessing upon us when we come in, Deut. 28:6. Amen
Our Lord taught us to pray, And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, Matt. 6:13. As pray thus, we are kept from evil and from the Evil One.
Luke 23:46: And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit. Having said this, He breathed His last. Jesus was praying with Ps. 31:5; both Jesus and Stephen (Acts: 7:59) used this verse at the point of death. Lord, we commit ourselves to your keeping.
Thankful for your prayers,
