2) The surname is now spelled Krizek(ova) in Slovak phone listings. Krizsek would be Hungarian.
3) Pastuchov is located just east of Hlohovec and northwest of Nitra, Slovakia. Previously, it was Pazsto, Nyitra Megye (county), Hungary.
