fourth installment of Asphalt Shorts, diverse array of short films
that explore the urban condition in all its forms from the profound to
the ridiculous. Asphalt Shorts will be projected outside in our
favorite nook in downtown Oakland, and for the first time in San
Francisco the following week, Asphalt Shorts IV is free and open to all.
