Instructor: Leland Jung
Leland is the chef/owner at Alive! Restaurant. He was
trained in living foods at Living Light Culinary Arts
Institute where he completed his associate chef and
instructor program. He was also personally trained by
Elaine Love, Matt Samuelson, Emily Angell, and Rene Archner
(Rene won first place at the International Raw Food
Festival for the last two years).
