The San Francisco Earth Day event on Saturday, 4/23. There will be raw food demos from 11 am, and Patti is doing a Rainbow Salad demo at 3 pm.

We have a SNACKS class at Cafe Gratitude in the Whole Foods Market, Cupertino, on Saturday, April 30, from 10 am to noon. It's $45 and we'll show you how to make:
Chocolate Kale Chips, BBQ Kale Chips, Granola, Spiced Nuts, and Hummus.
Over the Easter weekend, we are making some of your favorite dehydrated and fermented items, along with some new items. We're making several dessert items and our signature Kale salad available for pick up and limited delivery on Monday, 4/25. Many of the dehydrated items are shippable too! Here's the menu:
Veggie Burgers $3.50 each or 6 for $15
Red pepper tortillas $1.50 each
Chocolate Kale Chips $7 per bag
BBQ Kale Chips $7 per bag
Kale Salad, entree size, with capers and fresh tomatoes. $9
Coconut Yogurt $10/pint, $18/qt.
Meyer Lemon Cheezecake $40 for 8" cake
Raspberry/Vanilla Marbled Cheezecake $45 for 8" cheezecake
Apple Pie with Cashew Cream $36 for 8" pie
Live Chocolate Mousse $8.50 for 8 ounces (made with avocado, raw cacao and sweetened mostly with dates, with a touch of agave)
Note: Cheezecakes are coconut meat, cashew and date based.
Please have your order to us no later than Saturday, 4/23 at 6 pm.
Pick up is in Campbell, and the delivery area is up/down the Hwy. 85 and Hwy. 280 corridor, from Campbell to Woodside. Delivery is $8 for orders under $50 and free for orders of $50 or more.
