May 23: gather. learn. eat. nourish. (San Anselmo)
This is a hands-on cooking class taught by myself and Mary Serphos, of The Aware Body. The menu includes Raw Green Soup w/ Seasonal Garden Herbs, Raw Kale and Tahini Salad, as well as Raw Cashew Creme for dessert (a cooked entree will also be prepared). This is a great class for those wanting to build confidence in the kitchen. Class costs includes instruction, meal and recipe packet.
