I hope you will consider attending a talk (see details below) by the author of The 80/10/10 Diet, a book that I edited, researched, and helped produce, which is taking the raw-food movement by storm. Saturday in Palo Alto offers a rare opportunity to meet the book's author, Dr. Douglas Graham, and to learn why Amazon.com can't seem to keep this groundbreaking book in stock.
Not only are everyday folks seeing remarkable health benefits, but elite athletes around the globe are consistently exceeding every "personal best" record they ever achieved on a diet of simple, sweet raw foods that require NO preparation time. Check out http://foodnsport.
com/ to learn what all the buzz is about!
See you there!

Dr. Doug Graham presents ... "Strategies for Achieving Optimum Health: Illuminating the Era/Error of Raw Foods"
Dr. Graham's experience in the raw-food movement spans decades. In this time he has seen how the raw-food diet once based on fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds has been transformed into one of supplements, superfoods, specialty oils, gourmet salt, and other expensive repeat consumable products. Now finely tuned marketing has largely turned the raw-food movement into a display for modern snake oil.
In this lecture Dr. Graham will discuss the importance and superiority of whole-food nutrition, soothe fears about fruit, and offer common-sense health guidance that will last a lifetime. The time has come for the raw-food diet to return to its roots and for us to learn to live well on and love whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic, plants.
