Forget Cooking! An Introduction to RAW Foods Cuisine Class. This
informative class will be lead by acclaimed Raw Food Instructor and
Chef, Alicia Ojeda, from Living Light International, the premier,
organic raw vegan school in the world located in Fort Bragg, CA.
Chef Ojeda will shed light on the concept and health benefits of raw
and living food, and demonstrate how quick and easy it is to make
this healthful and tasty cuisine. The class is scheduled on May 15,
2006, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 pm, and will be held at Stellar Spa,
located in Marin County, 20-minutes north of San Francisco.
Chef Alicia Ojeda is a classically trained Chef, who brings her
wealth of knowledge and experience to the art of raw food
preparation. Her classes are filled with tips & techniques to assist
you in easily preparing whole food meals right in your own kitchen.
Formerly the Executive Chef at Dream Works Studios for Bon Appetit
Management Company, Alicia is as passionate about great tasting food
as she is about healthy living.
Currently, Alicia is the current Executive Chef for Living Light
International, the premier, organic, raw vegan school in the world.
