my name is Michelle and I am currently building a gourmet living
foods company called Stellar Gourmet.
Our goal through this business is to raise awareness about
whole, oraganic and seasonal foods. We are offering catering
services for private parties and functions as well as local events
and personal prep courses.
right now everything is very new, we are currently on our 6'th
week at the Oxygen bar in SF offering up to 5 courses in the raw
every saturday night from 7 to 11.
plates run @ $12 for 2 courses $15 for 3 and $5 for desert.
Tonight we will be featuring an Italian Affair, with a menu
highlighting traditional and origonal Italian flavorings and dishes,
the menu reads as follows...
...Zucchini rolls wrapped around pumpkin-seed pesto, cherry
tamato and basil leaf
...mixed greens and arugula salad with maple pecans, apple
and herbed-lemon vinagarette
....mini portabella and olive pizza with cashew-brazil nut cheese
on a buckwheat, almond and flaxseed crust
...strawberry maple-pecan pie with carob frosting and vanilla
