The restaurant serves a few Living Foods. I'm not sure what they are. Lori, or anyone from the South Bay, pls give us a restaurant review-related to Living Foods?
Below is a post from BayAreaVegetarians....it shows, if you support the vegetarian community, we will support you too...
In summary,,, don't mess with Tammy and Chris (seriously, they've done a lot for the community)
" this column runs every two weeks in the Metroactive, and features delightful columns about being a vegetarian in
the Bay Area, including this recent one after hearing that Stoa's had started serving fish again "
Since the column was dated end of April, I was quite surprised to learn today that Stoa's closed in March! They'd been in the new location for about 5 months. So FYI for anyone (else) who hadn't heard the news.
Anyways, I'm happy to report that Bay Leaf Cafe is still serving yummy food, and using a lot of seasonal & organic produce for their specials. Try their new cucumber drink! And the Indian specials are always good.
Bay Leaf Cafe in downtown Palo Alto is, I just realized, involved with three BAVeg Events!
Sean's ever popular 2nd Tuesday of the month dinner
After the Palo Alto KFC demo that Candace is hosting, on the 3rd Saturday of the month, some real food at Bay Leaf is possible.
Robin's letter writing party - 4th Tuesday of the month
I think it's important to realize how much support BayLeaf Cafe provides to the local vegetarian community, beyond just being a source of food (and vegan ice cream!)

due to my high amount of emails, I am unable to answer everyone's emails on vegetarian questions.
Have fun online with music videos, cool games, IM & more. Check it out!
