Ah, thank you for this explanation, but I had gotten that part down, and have a
rough pattern I'll be using to make first a mock-up and then cut into the fur I
have. What I was asking though, was for the sleeves that go -underneath- the

saturday, and I got to see an example that one of the ladies had made, so I
have that problem sorted. Basically, it's going to be cut in two parts (my
fabric-choice prevented it being cut in one piece) looking sort of like a
half-circle, although not quite as deep as it is wide. Actually, more like a
circle segment, not a half-circle. In this I will also attach a false
chemise-sleeve to pouf out as in the portrait of Jane Seymore:
