I met two people from Guam last Pennsic, much to my household's delight!
You see, Guam has been a slang term for some reason in our House
forever...anywhere that is really far away and you don't really know where
it is is Guam (for example, you park your car in Guam at Pennsic)
The only things I remember (other than the fact that both people were
FABULOUSLY dressed every day I saw them) were that they told me that there
was ONE McDonald's, ONE Subway, and ONE Guamian (and I was THRILLED to find
out what Guam-people referred to themselves as...we'd speculated Guamanian,
Guamite, Guamo, etc) resturant, and that was it on the island.
I envy you your adventure, and remember...most of the online fabric stores
will ship there, so don't panic too much!!
