English fashion pretty much follows the French fashion from the early part of the 16th century. There are usually regional/national differences, often seen in their headwear (like the English bonnets and frontlets vs French hoods), but unless you can find images specifically from Normandy of the time period you are looking at, it will be hard to know what exactly the regional differences are.
I've not found any images specifically noted as being from Normandy. Most of the images I've found are either from French artists, or Flemish ones. And early 16th c. images are few. I've also not done any specific searches in Normandy. So, my suggestion would be to find out which museums are in Normandy, and do they have any specific images of local Norman people of rank from the time period you want.
