It's not a book they're referring to but a magazine.
The current (#41) issue of Costume (from the Costume Society in the UK) has a posthumous article on Queen E's effigy corset.
The issue also has a great article on colours that she wore - or at least colours of clothes that she received as gifts. I found that one fascinating.
Cathi (who's lucky enough to have a friend at a U that has the electronic edition of the magazine. Great stuff!)
