POSITION AVAILABLE: SOCIETY ARCHERY MARSHAL
The position of Society Archery Marshal, deputy to the Society Earl
Marshal, will soon be open. Candidates should apply in writing to the
Society Archery Marshal. The position entails administrating the
marshallate activities regarding: target archery, missile combat, siege
and thrown weapons. Reports are required to be filed quarterly to the
Society Earl Marshal. The successful candidate should be well versed in
administrative techniques, problem solving and interpersonal
communications. Knowledge of the marshallate policies for: target
archery, missile combat, siege and thrown weapons as well as practical
knowledge of these areas is necessary. Access to both a telephone and
email is needed.
The application should include all relevant mundane and SCA experience,
name, address, telephone number, email, etc. A brief narrative of why you
want the position and what you see the role of the Archery Marshal to be,
should also be included. The position will be available as of Oct. 2000.
