If I didn't respect the marshals, I would just bitch behind their backs
instead of _to_ them. Of course I would rather give positive feedback,
and I need to find a way of doing it in such a way that is as memorable as
my bitching. =-)

There was a flag? I really need to look closer for these things... I
honestly don't remember seeing a flag, but with all the banners, I might
have just easily dismissed it. I still disagree that it was obvious why
the range was shut down. The reasons for closing the range that you sent
to me off-list explained a lot, but at the time is seemed that the
marshals had shut the range because they didn't want to stand in the rain.
I really wish there had been a larger pavilion so there may have been a
chance to talk with the marshals after the range was closed.

I agree whole heartedly. I will strive to be more involved in next
Estrella and see if I can contribute ideas to help solve any of the
problems I noted this past Estrella. I really liked the scenarios that
were available, I just wish the weather had held out a little longer to
actually be able to appreciate them.
