Nira simply sat glareing at Fireweed when she saw him blow a
raspberry and poked her tounge out childishly at him in response.
Turning up her nose in her direction she scrambled to her feet before
running towards the other end of the clearing. "No! I can do it on my
own! Unlike some stupid and childish younger brother that I know who
had to have daddys help with his first kill!" she taunted figureing
her having being born a couple of minutes before her brother gave her
the right to taunt him and belittle his first prey since he had
stolen it from her basically.
Turning to run off into the bushes and desparately wanted to prove
all of her family dead wrong in thinking Fireweed was even close to
an odd equal to herself. She wanted to catch something bigger than he
had and more importantly do it all on her own to impress her father
and mother and in the process win a number of 'brownie' points with
them both for the next time it came down to her versus her irritating
brother. If he kept bothering her as much as he did she figured maybe
it would suit a warent for her to become an only child and rid
herself of him forever.
He was so stupid and immature she figured he would flee the moment
she tried to have some sisterly fun with his feeble mind. Not that
she had a particuarily high opinion of males in general; since both
her father and brother were her only sources of comparison and in her
opinion the two were a bunch of drooling neanderthals' who were
entirely worthless beyond to serve the whims and desires of their
superiors. After all it was not her mother who did the dirty work
with hunting despite she did knew how but her father. To top it all
off her instincts told her that they only wanted on thing and that
vastly separate them apart from the cunning female mind and nature
which made Nashok hunt for them daily.

Fireweed just grinned, knowing she was jealous of his hunting skills.

bad feelings, we're going to be doing it again tomorrow, remember."
