"Our mission is to celebrate, educate, and empower women of African descent, to evaluate and solve some of the problems that effect us as women of African descent, such as, mental, spiritual and emotional health, uplift our community economically and socially through networking. We strive to empower our next generation of young women by instilling self-love and self-esteem and confidence in themselves, understand how to support and empower one another and work hard to uplift our community."
The African Women's Conference chapters are a positive collective of endeavors that consist of African and African American "Sistahs" coming together and working to contribute progressively to our community.
To work in enhancing our communities with the use of projects that include, but are not limited to: workshops, conferences, networking socials, fund-raisers, outreach programs and related events.
To serve as a venue that will provide time for bonding and enjoyment in a means of celebrating and educating one another as we move forward.
To provide a dedicated personal and collective front in supporting the chapter(s) as we move forward in accomplishing our mission and strive to represent the epitome of sisterhood.
