OK, it isn't elegant but it works: in the template for the
knight "class" under the Feats tab I added Smite Evil, then in the
Advanced tab I added:
It's the same as the Paladin class tag line at level 1 (except
Paladin is +1, not +7) but since this is a template without class
progression I changed the 1 to 7 and it works fine :)
