Patriarchs Bartholomew & Daniel to visit France
PARIS. A communique issued by the Assembly of Orthodox Bishops of France
reports the upcoming visits of Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople to Paris
and of Patriarch Daniel of Romania to Strasbourg.
Patriarch Bartholomew's official visit to France will take place from April
During his visit to Paris, +Bartholowmew will meet with several officials of the
French state. He also intends to meet with Orthodox Bishops of France, and
discuss with them the life of the Church of France, as well as inter-Orthodox
cooperation within the Assembly of Orthodox Bishops of France.
On Monday evening, April 11, Patriarch Bartholomew will have a prayer service
(Moleben) at St. Stephen's - the cathedral of Gallic Archdiocese Ecumenical
