I vote for the "liver lab". Write about those students that yawn and play
around...how they could be grouped differently next time or what's going on
outside of class with them (if anything significant) to show knowledge of
students. I had a student playing around in my inquiry video and I just
wrote about how he had been suspended and was EC. I had put him in a
certain group to hopefully avoid this behavior. I also talked about how I
didn't make a big issue about correcting his behavior because he was the
type that would become MORE disruptive if corrected in front of others. I
did an osmosis lab with carrots with strings tied around them. They had to
design the lab. It was a regular class. Good luck. donna in charlotte
