I WILL have "Descent: Journeys in the Dark" in my library after all. My apologies for taking so long to get back to you on this. J.P. was on vacation and I just talked to him yesterday. He's giving me the copy. He liked the game but couldn't get anyone to play it with him. (Maybe the fact that he lives in BF Haines City while the rest of us live in Orlando might have something to do with it.) He warned me that one of the Dragon models is missing a wing, but that the game is complete otherwise. So, good times!
You might want to remind the inquiring attendee that I do not "run" the games in my library, I just have them there for people to play.
Update on the CSC project:
Dave has finished refurbishing all of the escort-class vessels as well as the Nebulon frigates and the Assault cruisers. He's now working on the Imperial class Stardestroyer.
J.P. has agreed to rebuild the Interdictor (to make it look more like the descriptions in the source material) and the Victory class Stardestroyer (thus taking the load off Dave) and will start on them right after the holidays.
I'm working on the rules rewrite. We will have a playtest (using tabletop micromachine models) sometime in January.
Adding a "build your own" section to the Hot Wheels playset. The dual-lane racetrack will still be there, but now kids can try building their own tracks!
Adding a 2nd alley to the Bowling playset.
Working on a new Secret Game Project! (No, I'm not going to tell you. Yet.)
