Just some quick notes.
If you are planning on running an event/game please forward a description. Days and
times are not necessary at this point.
Please try to keep them to 5-6 sentences long. Also please send any icons. (tif format)
It is also a good idea to put any charges involved at the end of the description so that
people will know what to expect. Also let them know if you want them to pre-register and
where. I will need this by November 19th.
If you want some of the descriptions used last year the sooner you let me know the easier
it will be for us. You can just send me a list of the games.
If you have not discovered it yet, most gaming will be in the North Building, Second Floor,
Room S230 (C-D-E-F (6,932 SF) would be for cards, boards, miniatures.) There will be
other rooms set aside for additional events.
So please let me know what you can as soon as you can.
If you have recently sent in requests for space and I have not yet provided an answer
please touch base with me again.
