"The Tampa Bay area is primed for a gaming con, and yet it has never had one. There are many great cons that come through catering to a variety of other interests, like anime, comics, sci-fi and horror, and gamers have found a way latch onto these conventions in one way or another. Salty Bay Con, however, is a convention for gamers, organized by gamers." Salty Bay CON (everything is better with bacon). June 8+9th in Tampa!
The Pathfinder Society of Florida is proud to be running tables at Salty Bay Con. Other genres will be there too, and the organizer has asked for anyone to bring games and play. I know
there was talk of some Bolt Action going on!
Event tickets are $20 for one day, and $30 for both Saturday and Sunday. Funds raised will go towards making next year’s Salty Bay Con experience even better, as well as a toward some great charities (The Spring of Tampa Bay and Autism Speaks)!
If you volunteer to run 3-5 tables, you will receive a free pass for the week. If you plan on volunteering, please sign up on Warhorn and then email me.
Once you have paid for the convention, sign up for Warhorn (http://warhorn.net/saltybaycon-2013/) and send me (dylan.a.williams@...m) your payment receipt for clearance. If you are paying for multiple people, create an account on Warhorn for each attendee and include in the email who you are paying for.
The event is being held at:
