She may mean "gum"? Also, what about Ox Livers?

Subject: [Marbling] Re: Martha Stewart on the Today Show.
I am sorry to hear so many negative responses to Martha's video. Perhaps she may have suffered a memory lapse during the broadcast, as his other page featuring Florentine marbler Enrico Giannini, which relates slightly more accurate information than what was found on the Today show (though I think it's interesting how 'size' became 'glue').
It may not be "traditional", the colors many not be "natural", the results may not be to our liking, and it may not display the most erudite of cultural sensitivities, and so on and so forth. So, I guess I agree with Iris; even though the show may be lacking in many respects, it is still the most PR that marbling gets nationwide in the US, and probably even most of Europe too. I can only hope that some will catch the marbling bug and want to learn more for themselves after watching the episode, and they might learn a little bit more if they peruse Martha's site.
