I know how you feel. Here are the only two "official" sets of
band plans that I know of, and parts of them conflict with eachother.
here are the rules (for the U.S.A.)
97.301 Authorized frequency bands
97.303 Frequency sharing requirements
97.305 Authorized emission types
or you can use Tom's band plan:
1. Operate on whatever frequency you think (and/or your government
tells you) that you are big enough to operate on.
2. If you hear somebody on a frequency you think they should not
be using, ignore them and find a somebody on a frequency you
3. Only operate on 20m. Stay off of 30m, 17m and 12m.
I enjoy having those bands all to myself :)
