There is a captain and 2 PSA lieutenants assigned to PSA 501 between the 3 of them there should be a PSA official handling every PSA meeting. I am truly disappointed to hear that it has not been happening. PSA 501 is the focus of one of 5D's Hot Spots and the Hot Spot or at least a portion of the Hot Spot is the Partnership for Problem Solving area that the citizens picked as the target area. I am aware that the citizens have been very organized and have been working together to resolve some of the problems. Just as the title reflects this is a "Partnership" and PSA 501 officials should be as engaged, if not more so, than the citizens. No, they will not be replaced. I will hold them accountable for doing their job. As 5D has a stake in ensuring that your community is safe for people to live and work, I can assure you and the other citizens of PSA 501 that we will your equal partner in the future.Commander Jennifer Greene

Subject: No Cooperation from LieutenantEveryone, this is what I am sending up the chain of command, since Lt. Craig is not returning our calls and emails.Dear Commander Jernnifer Greene & Assistant Chief Brian Jordan,I am writing you on behalf of a group of frustrated residents who have not seen or heard from our head police lieutenants this year. Neither one of our lieutenants have graced us with their presence since last year. One of them have never been to a meeting. It is getting very frustrated at community meetings when non police officers, like the civilian police employee comes to the meetings and tries to represent what the police is supposed to do. She is not the police. If we cannot get the police to come to their own police meetings why should we come? Tom Usselman does the agendas and the handouts, all Lt. Craig or Stroud have to do is show up and we can't even get that. We are averaging about 20 residents per meeting with no police leaders, other than those guys who come in plain clothes and talk about safety a little. Our lieutenants. They are the worst lieutenants yet. Can they be replaced? I don't mean no harm to the civilian employee, but she keeps bringing us their pictures, but we want to see them, not there pictures and she has no police powers. It seems like other psas in the area have interest from their psa lieutenants. In fact I would love for us to have that guy who planned the theft prevention, Lt. Turner. We want someone of the same caliber.Mr. Garett Jones IIon behalf of the psa 501frustrated residents
