it's hard for me to believe that anything is being done when we
don't have regular police patrols, when calling 311 seems like
dialing into a black hole and the Focus Mission Team voicemail box
is ALWAYS full.
I would be inclined to look on the bright side if I, at a minimum,
saw regular police patrols on 2nd St NE (btw RI and R St.), 4th St
NE and Lincoln Rd NE. I don't think that's too much to ask.
