Everyone near 1st Street and Van Ness Avenue should be aware of a Residential Burglary and Sexual Assault.
Los Angeles Police Department, Olympic Detectives is alerting residents to a Residential Burglary and Sexual Assault that occurred earlier today, 1/29/10 at 2:00 PM near 1st and Van Ness Avenue in Los Angeles.
A male Hispanic, 20-25 years of age, average height and build, dark pants, dark shirt, ***possibly has a cast on one arm and has fresh scratches on face, entered a residence by force and committted a sexual assault.
The suspect was last seen in the area of 3rd Street and Norton Avenue.
This suspect should be considered very dangerous. If seen call 911. Anyone with information about this crime or who recognizes the suspect is urged to call LAPD at this 24-hour, toll-free number at 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (527-3247). Callers may also text "Crimes" with a cell phone or log on to www.lapdonline.org and click on Web tips. When using a cell phone, all messages should begin with "LAPD." Tipsters may remain anonymous.
