Good evening Mr. Wilson, is this your private email address?

Good day to you neighborhood watch members & neighbors. Unfortunately, I decided to cancel future neighborhood watch meetings due to such low turn out. The past neighborhood watch meetings were always informative with police officers always readily available to answer questions. I considered inviting prosecutors & other City Officials to attend future meetings to answer questions regarding city/county procedures, ( some even volunteered) but it would have been pointless because of the lack of participation. This meeting basically was provided for not only neighborhood watch members, but for the entire surrounding subdivis ions to get a familiar repertoire with police, problem solve or share concerns. Repeatedly , in
the past folks would mention that not enough police were patrolling or their lack of involvement. People need to realize that you must also show support and pride in your neighborhood by attending neighborhood meetings whenever possible even if you only can stay a short while. I do realize we are all busy and could probably find other things better to do, but regardless you should and can always make time for change, regarding the safety and betterment of your neighborhood. Hopefully, folks will continue their participation with neighborhood watch by at least calling the police of any suspicious activities/behavior s and keep their eyes and ears open. I will continue being a coordinator and always be available to answer questions, concerns or direct you toward the proper channels. People also need to realize that although I will help assist you with concerns, as I have mention
before in the past the procedure is for YOU to call the proper authorities or officials first, and then after unsuccessful attempts, notify the coordinator with dated documentation of the concern(s) with your name, address & phone number and I will pass on your concern(s) to the proper channels. Remember all information as always passed unto me is strictly confidential and will not be shared with other watch members (unless you give me permission to do so-with written permission of course). I will remain involved because I have actually seen a positive change in the neighborhood( s) and I will continue to pass on valuable information and I LOVE WHAT I DO! United we stand, divided we fall and criminals look for signs of weakness or uncaring neighborhoods. They test the waters, next they plunge in. *Food for thought*. Thanks a bunch Darla for opening up your facilities for me to use
Be safe & Be well.
Mrs. Wilson, Coordinator
