ZMARL / DIED: Zbigniew 'Alan' HELON - 04/02/2012
[Obituary follows below]
Yesterday evening at 9.12pm my father passed away peacefully at Hospital peacefully in the company of his family after a long illness.
You can read his story here: Alan HELON Living Obituary of a Sybirak.pdf
Hope the Polish Government is happy! Another Sybirak dead before any resolution to my families' property claims.
Now once again we have to start again: I have to get Court Probate, 'Official' Translations into Polish language, file Proceedings with Polish Court. Another $3000 or so dollars - money doesn't grow on trees!
Why more money, more waiting, etc.... is it really worth it?
Can someone out there who might have got some sort of resolution in their case please tell everyone: what it cost, what was claimed, was it worth it?
It is about time the Polish Government honored its commitments to its people and coughed-up without any further delay.
If anybody wants to send any messages of condolences please write direct to me rather than posting in this forum; my address is ghelon at yahoo.com.au
