Friday, I could not find an online method to contact Yahoo.  The executives were listed on info.yahoo.com.  The fax number was always busy, the phone menu leads nowhere.  I finally found the email address of the Exec. VP & General Counsel (a lawyer) on the webpage of the California Bar Association. I sent him an email. I notified the Consulate and they sent an email too. In a little over an hour, we received a reply from an associate counsel which stated in part:
I have investigated this matter with our News team and they agreed the language was not correct. We have updated the package to avoid any suggestion that the death camp was associated with the nation or government of Poland.

Subject: [Kresy-Siberia] Yahoo news page - Polish death camp
Does anyone in our group know how to contact Yahoo regarding their home page. They profile the news story ' U.S. autoworker convicted over Nazi deaths' - John Demjanjuk was an accessory to the murder of thousands as a guard at a Polish death camp.
Seems wrong not only in the title 'Nazi deaths'- seems to read as though he killed Nazi's, but more noteably 'Polish death camp'. Note that the actual story does read 'Nazi death camp'.
Maybe a message regarding how the N.Y. Times addressed this phrase? I looked for a way to contact Yahoo about this but couldn't find one.
