which shows the train you are referring to Aktiubinskaja.
Naturally we have tried to get lists of people in those trains, but it is extremely difficult. I suppose they will be released one day, because Memorial have them to compile their list of deported. The lists were handed into NKVD by the railway Authorities and the train escorts.The only people who might not have been accounted for were those who died in transit as no records were taken. Likewise when people/prisoners escaped from trains when German planes attacked them and the trains had to stop.Accounts of this refer to transportation of deportees immediately after the German forces marched into Ukraine in June 1941.
