I cant help you with Siberia, but maybe your mom could find her house in this 1930s Polish map. If you zoom right in, the little black squares are houses.

Subject: [Kresy-Siberia] hello!
I am trying to find where my Mum and her family where deported to in
Siberia (1940) from Liczkowce - near Husiatin, Where would be the best
place to start?
The family name is LOBODA. Mum, who is still alive can't remember the
name of the place they went. In Liczkowce she remembers family names
(also deported at the same time) NOWINSKI, MACHOWKI, WILCZOR, SZCZYGIEL
AND JELLO. Are any of these names familiar to anyone?
Her father worked for the railway in LWOW.
Thank you to anyone who might know/help where to
