The letter explained that Anders Army was evacuated by train to Krasnowodsk from where they went by a steamer to Iran.
Second reply was that they do not have any indication that in mid October 1939 there were deportations from Brzezany as claims friend of Mr. Adamski.
Yo be frank I do not remember anything about your Father's house. Could you remind me as my sclerosis is working.
To Ewa you can write yourself and the address is above.
Hello Stas -
I know it's a pain in the d--a, but could you post a brief synopsis
of the letter to the list? I am very interested in seeing what it says.
I am also very interested in reading your memoirs on the Lwow
site, but they are also in Polish. I gave Ewa's screenplay a
thorough but quick read. It is excellent; I am going to read it from
beginning to end soon. Please give my compliments to Ewa.
You never answered my email where I described to you where
my father's house is. Do you know it?
For those who can read and understand Polish, I'm enclosing
official letter from IPN regarding evacuation of Polish Army
from USSR, which entangled me in a very unpleasant
discussion and which you may find interesting.
