The Polish Archives link below is in Polish and takes you to a list
of 549 Poles persecuted by the NKVD in the former Uzbekistan SSR.
Time frame: late 1930's and 1941-1945, the latter years cover those
Poles who had been deported earlier from the areas occupied by
Russia on September 17, 1939. This list was unknown until it was
obtained by the Polish archives and placed on the internet just days
ago. The Polish Archives site also has an English version though I
didn't see the Uzbekistan list there.

Translation of the two paragraphs on the first linked page:
"Thanks to an agreement between the presidents of Poland and
Uzbekistan, Polish Archives have received new, until now unknown,
documents of repression against Poles. Authorities of Uzbekistan
handed over copies of archival documents concerning Poles persecuted
by the NKVD in the territory of the former Uzbekistan SSR. They
concern almost 600 persons arrested, imprisoned or deported as a
result of mass repressions which took place at the end of the 1930s,
as well as, from 1941-1945 of those deported earlier from the areas
of the Second Republic annexed on September 17, 1939.
We are publishing the names of those persecuted ("repressed")
contained in the archival information. All those whose names appear
on the list, also their family members, who wish to obtain more
information, or take steps to obtain personal documents confiscated
from some of the arrestees, we request they contact Naczelna
