These things will probably not help with your viral load
significantly, but they won't hurt. No artificial iron supplements,
and don't take excessive vitamin A or D either. If you're going to
shop for milk thistle go for a good quality brand which has been
standardized and samples tested, otherwise you are wasting your
money. Two good brands that I can think of off hand are Maximum Milk
Thistle and Thistlyn. Other supplements which are good for the liver
are vitamin E and zinc. I don't see any need to spend a fortune in
supplements. I buy One Source Mature from Walmart, and take
additional C & E, calcium, magnesium, and zinc. The best source for
all nutrients is always in foods rather than a pill.
