This workshop is being offered as part of The Finger Lakes Food Processing Cluster Initiative, a coordinated, cluster-based effort to help the region prosper by providing innovative assistance programs, training, and collaborative partnerships to the food processing cluster. The Initiative is federally and state funded to promote economic development in the nine-county Finger Lakes region: Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates counties.
Funding for this workshop is provided by the NYS Pollution Prevention Institute with a grant from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
