I'll take a stab at this one. I seem to remember a
serial LCD has that many pins. I haven't been able to
locate your LCD, but a SPI or I2C interface is
possible. I have found RS232 interface versions too.
If you want to use your parallel port, you will need
to change the display, or be real good at low level
machine routines to 'bit bang' the PP.
