Hi Everyone, I ve been doing a little research on the CSA attempting to locate a lost adventure that has remained elusive to me. I m attempting to get a holdMessage 1 of 3 , May 14, 2003View SourceHi Everyone,
I've been doing a little research on the CSA attempting to locate
a "lost" adventure that has remained elusive to me. I'm attempting to
get a hold of Justice League Quarterly #8. I'm close now. Has anyone
read it? If so, what's in it?
While surfing the web, I realized that in the Earth-2 feature,
Superwoman is portrayed as Lois Lane at the Daily Planet (Star?).
Anyway, it finally dawned on me that we'd already met the Earth-3
Lois Lane. She befriended Captain Comet way back in Secret Society of
Super-Villian #14. "Something about the idea of a super-hero, really
turns [her] on...." I think she was the wife of Alexander Luthor in
the DC Comics Presents Annual as well. Any of this ring a bell? If
so, why is S-W being portayed as Lois Lane? What happened to the
The same webpage had a rather "progressive" view of the new CSA(k)
from the Earth-2 book. Ultra-man was an off course astronaut taken
in and operated on by Kyrptonians. Superwoman was Lois Lane (?!),
Johnny Quick and Power Ring were not the originals, but guys who took
over their power objects. Johnny Quick actually injected a speed
serum made from the blood of the original Johnny Quick whom we get
the impression, he killed. I have yet to see these (among other
things) in a comic--was any of this even in Earth-2?
How much stock do any of you put into it?
... Can you provide a URL for this? ... So far as I know, the Superwoman of the pre-Crisis Earth 3 was always a renegade Amazon. I never saw or heard anythingMessage 2 of 3 , May 15, 2003View Source--- In Earth3Remembered@yahoogroups.com, "asvinr" <wreaves@c...>

always a renegade Amazon. I never saw or heard anything about her
being a Lois Lane counterpart.
> How much stock do any of you put into it?I put no stock into it at all. This sounds like it might be tied to
Grant Morrison's Earth-2 book, which has no bearing on our
fanfiction continuity, and from all reports, was pretty horrible.
