one gallon apple cider from the supermarket
one gallon apple juice from the supermarket
(8) cinammon sticks (can be found by the spices)
one fifth (750 ml) of your best ethanol
place all of the cider and juice into a large pan. (could use your
boiler if need to)
bring to boil (medium boil)
boil for 10 minuites
put all cinammon sticks in and boil for 45 minuites
remove from heat ald let cool to below 100 degree F.
pick out cinammon sticks and discard or use elesewhere if you wish
add 1/5 ethanol and stirr all together good.
try some of this warm immediately (hot apple pie)
try some of this cold (still very good)
keep unused portion in refridgerator
chillin and stillin
