If you have an alcohol-temperature conversion chart that goes up to
90%, please post it here or at least let me know where I can score
one. Waiting for a distillate to cool in the fridge is a pain. I
would love to be able to get an immediate reading after doing a
stripping run, rather than waiting for my vodka to cool to 60F.

chart only goes to 90% I make it a practice to recheck it after it
has been on the carbon. I have come across a couple of mistakes in
the past so it's a good practice.

weeks...just finished of dripping out 4 x 2 litre flagons of crystal
clear spirit just the way i like it :) i had the spirit watered to
40% when it was soaking in carbon so i didnt check it after dripping
it clear..I mixed up 2 flagons of bourbon and had 2 just clear for
some reason i checked the alcohol content of one and it was 50 %...i
freaked and quickly checked all the other and they were 40%..i
rechecked it and it was 50%....does anyone have any ideas as to how
this might have happened? Or if not it may pay to check the % level
every liter or so....
