You only need solids if you want to support yeast in a flow reactor
(don't worry about it, this is way beyond the scope of distillers gp).
As to adding stuff to mollases washes. Why? it has to be one of the
best mediums for fermentation anyway. Plus, if you don't follow
arroya's patent it jam packed with solids anyway (if you still insist
on making life difficult).
