You have some of the higher boiling point alcohols in that jar. They
are clear in 96% alcohol solution, but when diluted to 40% or so
will make the spirits cloudy. A bit oil like stuff.
Solution: increased separation and more precise cuts. You might want
to consider ARC if you have trouble keeping proper reflux ratio
manually. It'll also leave the higher boiling point stuff to boiler.
