Might pay to check your router setup too. Some systems need a virtual
server or port enable to pass the port within the network.
No need to do anything with DVTool on the host, or have it operating,
just the dongle plugged in, and cd to your DVTool folder in your
terminal (dos box) where you then run the command in the DVTool folder
ascpseriald COMX 20002
X being the same comport that your host DVTool uses.
Internet security programs can perhaps need a port trust setting enabled
so may need to check that if applicable.
Are you using the default localhost setting on the client machine DVTool
I´d run ipconfig /all on the host and see what options you have to
enter in for the client.
