Mike Beck: "Big Heart, Big Mind"
Before moving to Northwest Florida and turning to his current love, helping others explore the mystery of rhythm by facilitating drum circles along the Gulf Coast, Mike traveled and took a variety of jobs. He has spent time as a pilot, photographer, computer network manager, author, carpenter, management effectiveness consultant and operations officer for a small software company. He has degrees from Texas A & M University and the University of Oklahoma and has trained at the School of Lost Borders in California and Ontos: A Center For Being in Pensacola to facilitate a spectrum of pan-cultural wilderness rites of passage and ceremonies. He has been affiliated with the Swami Jnaneshvara Bharati ashram since 2003.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
The Center for Non-Dualism is a community for people who share the
Non-Dual perspective of Religion, Yoga, and Philosophy. The purpose
of the Center is to maintain a loving fellowship and to provide a
nurturing environment that is conducive to learning and experiencing
the oneness of Non-Dualism.
Non-Dualism is the orientation that there is one absolute reality
without a second, and that each of us, although an individual person,
is one with that reality, just as a wave is not separate from the
ocean. The emphasis of our Center is on the practices such as
contemplation and meditation which lead to the direct experience of
this Non-Dual reality.
