Bipolar Dream offers education and encouragement while operating a transformational change. We do NOT condone misrepresentations and behaviours of bipolar people that fuel stigma. We try to creatively correct what is in our control while letting go of the rest. Whether a member is on meds or not, we discuss recovery, healing and goal achievement in a straight way. A bunch of caring people will provide suggestions and constructive criticisms. This group does not avoid anger and bad feelings but uses them to channel energy! Conflicts are faced, explored and resolved together in a caring, direct and public way. Our aim is to help people facing themselves and the illness and accepting such a responsibility as starting point to improve from, through multicultural alternatives which are presented and discussed to stimulate self-determination. Finding solutions is not easy but can be done with lifestyle transformational changes, peer support, and time. We constantly share with our members and strive together toward stability and self-directed wellness and success.
